Will Kincanon brings professional pitching experience and advanced knowledge of mound development to VeloCity Baseball. As a former pitcher in the Chicago White Sox minor league organization, Will trained in a professional environment focused on precision, arm care, and performance.

High school and college baseball players who are serious about improving measurable performance — exit velo, arm strength, 60 time, and on-field awareness. This is NOT for casual players. This is for athletes preparing for fall showcases, college recruitment, roster spots, or draft prep.
A: Summer program is structured for that window. If it doesn't work, you can rejoin in August under the monthly membership (3pm–9pm).
Most athletes in this program play summer ball. Sessions run 9am–1pm so you can train before evening games. Your personalized plan adjusts based on your game schedule and workload. We're not here to burn you out — we're here to make you better.
Week 1, every athlete goes through a full performance assessment. From there, we build your personalized training plan. You're not getting a cookie-cutter program — you're getting a plan based on YOUR data.

The facility is open for training Monday–Friday, 9am–1pm. You can train as many days per week as your schedule allows — up to 5 days. Most athletes train 3–5 days per week depending on summer ball schedules, jobs, and recovery needs. You book your sessions through the app and show up.
We're capping enrollment at 32 athletes to maintain coaching quality and individualized attention. Spots are first-come, first-served. Once we hit 64, registration closes.
Each week/ you will schedule your preferred start time each day through our booking link, starting with strength and condition we will put you in your specific skill training based on position and work in small group. All athletes begin with an assessment week 1.
