Welcome to VeloCity Baseball LLC (“VeloCity Baseball,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a membership, booking lessons, registering for camps or tryouts, or accessing our facility or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all athletes, participants, parents/guardians, members, and visitors using the VeloCity Baseball facility and services.

1. Services Provided

VeloCity Baseball LLC operates a professional baseball training facility offering services that may include but are not limited to:

• Membership access to the facility
• Private baseball training lessons
• Team training sessions
• Camps and clinics
• Tryouts and player evaluations
• Strength and conditioning training
• Access to professional baseball training equipment

All services are subject to availability and may change at the discretion of VeloCity Baseball.

2. Membership Terms

Memberships provide access to facility services according to the membership tier selected.

Members agree to the following:

• Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
• Memberships automatically renew until canceled.
• Members must follow facility rules and safety policies.
• Memberships are non-transferable.

VeloCity Baseball reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

• Unsafe behavior
• Damage to equipment
• Failure to follow facility policies
• Non-payment

No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships due to violations of facility rules.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All sessions, cage reservations, lessons, and facility usage must be scheduled through the approved booking platform.

Scheduling policies:

• Reservations may be limited during peak hours
• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time
• VeloCity Baseball reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to staffing, weather, maintenance, or facility needs.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Private Lessons

• Lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of the session.

Camps, Clinics, and Tryouts

• Refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs 7 days before the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event unless approved by management.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Members may cancel future billing by providing notice before the next billing date.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in baseball training activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Being struck by balls or equipment
• Slips, trips, or falls
• Physical exertion and injury
• Equipment-related accidents

By participating in activities at VeloCity Baseball LLC, participants and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participants agree that they voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in training activities.

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeloCity Baseball LLC, its owners, employees, trainers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Accidents occurring on or off the premises
• Loss or theft of personal property

Participants and guardians release and hold harmless VeloCity Baseball LLC from any claims arising from participation in facility activities.

Each member and facility participant must sign a liability waiver prior to using the facility or participating in a private baseball lesson.

7. Youth Participants

Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for the minor participant's conduct and participation.

8. Equipment Use

VeloCity Baseball provides access to professional-grade training equipment.

Participants agree to:

• Use equipment properly and safely
• Follow trainer or staff instructions
• Report damaged equipment immediately

Participants may be responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.

9. Facility Rules

All participants must follow facility guidelines including:

• Respect staff and trainers
• Maintain a safe training environment
• No reckless behavior
• Follow all safety instructions
• No unauthorized use of equipment

VeloCity Baseball reserves the right to remove any individual who violates facility policies.

10. Media Release

By participating in VeloCity Baseball programs, participants grant permission for VeloCity Baseball LLC to use photographs or video recordings taken during activities for promotional and marketing purposes unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.

11. Payment Authorization

By purchasing services or memberships, the customer authorizes VeloCity Baseball LLC to charge the provided payment method for:

• Membership dues
• Lesson fees
• Camps, clinics, or event registrations
• Applicable taxes or fees

Failure of payment may result in suspension of services.

12. Changes to Terms

VeloCity Baseball LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on the official website and become effective immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Any disputes arising from participation or use of services shall be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction in Illinois.

By accessing or using services provided by VeloCity Baseball LLC, you agree to the following terms.
