As a former minor league pitcher in the Chicago White Sox organization, Will trained and competed in a professional environment where precision, mechanics, and consistency are critical to success.

During his professional career, Will developed advanced knowledge of pitching mechanics, arm care, and the mental approach required to perform on the mound. He now brings that experience to VeloCity Baseball, helping pitchers build strong fundamentals while developing the tools needed to compete at higher levels.
